As soon as you enter the modern style reception, our receptionists, Benoît, the head of reception, Monica, on weekdays, Gérard, at weekends, and Aurélien, Matthias and Emile, our night porters, warmly welcome you and hand you the key to your room. Very efficient, completely available and always ready to answer your questions and suggestions, they will take care of making reservations for your shows, restaurants, taxis and excursions. They speak French, English, Spanish and Italian. Our receptionists will also take care of any messages (fax, e-mail) you want to send or receive. Our night porter can give you a wake-up call at whatever time you want. There is also a printer, a photocopy service, a luggage room and a safe. The front-desk is open 24 hours a day. There is also a free Internet point. A lift is available to access the hotel's six floors. A large, very practical luggage room allows you to store your luggage on the day you are leaving in order to allow you to take full advantage of your last day. A paying car park can be found two minutes walk from the hotel.
